Interior: Issues in Accessories, parts, and covers.
In most cases, manufacturers/dealerships offer specific interior packages. These packages may include floor mats, seat covers, etc. to help preserve the integrity of the vehicle’s interior. When these accessories, parts, and covers are defective, then car owners can find themselves having to make repairs/replacements just a few months after purchasing or leasing their new vehicles. Plastic parts, accessories, and covers, for example, are known to crack. In most cases, these defects may not present a risk of injury to consumers, although they do represent major inconveniences.
